I’ve just finished editing Alessandra and Peter’s Richmond wedding which took place at Richmond Register Office and was celebrated at Gaucho, on the banks of the river.
After the ceremony, family and friends threw pieces of cinnamon covered in hard white sugar (rather like sugared almonds) at the couple for good luck; Alessandra’s mother had bought a large bag of the cinnamon from Italy, where it is a wedding tradition.
We then had some portrait time by the river before walking to Gaucho for some more portraits and family time over a relaxed meal.
