In front of the lens

Today I got together with another photographer and friend, Yvonne Blume, to photograph each other. I haven’t had a portrait session for years and wanted to know what it was like to be in front of the camera. In the first five minutes or so, I wasn’t sure how wide to smile (or not) nor how to move, but Yvonne was great in explaining what she wanted and after the first little bit, knew how to bring out a natural smile and it was really fun. I can’t wait to see her results, after having snuck some previews on the camera back. And yes, I’d be really up for doing it again!
