The sun was out today for the wedding of Jo and Chris at St Paul’s Cathedral. Jo arrived early, looking fabulous, and we had time for some photographs of her and her bridesmaids inside the cathedral, before they entered the chapel for their ceremony.

Jo and her father cross the cathedral on the way to the chapel.

Jo and Chris leave as man and wife.

Time for a few photographs outside and nearby.

Then onto the Army and Navy Club, just off Pall Mall, which has a range of quirky furnishings, including a penguin and this critter (which is another way of saying I don’t know what it is).

During the speeches, Jo’s father took away her and Chris’s glasses of champagne … and had them replaced with a glass that had been given to Jo at her Christening for them to share. Very touchingly, Jo’s godmother had been seated close to the top table so she could see her glass being used.

Chris’s speech brought smiles from his new in-laws.

And their first dance kicked off an energetic evening of funk music.
